crook jack stop talking rubbish, yes trunds has done alot for the club, yes he scored alot of goals in league2 but you must remember there were others who scored important goals, brits at cheltenham, forbesy shrewsbury and bury. What im trying to same there were 11 players in the team trunds ddnt take us up single handily. After Xmas KJ did the best thing to drop trunds never regained form and once Eastwood took over him in the top scorers he became selfish, would not pass the ball. How can you slate Knighty?? 5 goals in 3 games or a selfish trundle? knighty every time. In final we started an attacking team and when trunds came on we lost the edge we became predictable, and when trunds actually did get chance, instead of burying it in the net he decided to try and go round 2 defenders (was he thinking of the extra revenue from soccer AM) that he didnt need too??. lets hope he looses the selfish streak next season or ill be happy see him on bench. Dont knock Willy, hes made some mistakes but hes also saved us alot of points, without some saves he pulled off we wouldnt even be in the playoffs, try looking in front of willy for the mistakes this season. Monk and Austin, even though austin did play out of his skin in the playoffs

I couldn't make it to Camarthen, but from the scorline and what I've read about the game, Gueret's not in a fit state of mind to be in goals. Jacket needs another central defender, one that's tall enough to win all headers (Dennis Lawrence?). Midfield seem good. I was impressed with Pratley when I travelled up to see the play-off in Brentford. I can't wait to see all four strikers next season. I want to put a bet on Swansea being top league 1 scorers next season!

talked to Kenny on Wednesday night. I'm someone who wants him out but at least he will always answer questions thoroghly.These are the important points he made -
1. Leon Knight will 100% guaranteed not play for Swansea again under him.
2. He thinks Chris Jones has a very bright future and sees him as one of our 4 forwards, meaning we probably wont be signing a forward in January.
3. Neither Chris Jones or Shaun Mcdonald will be loaned out this season to gain experience.
4. Tom Williams is good enough to be our long term left back.
5. He thinks Andy Robinsons best position is left midfield, he rates him very higly indeed.
I think you would agree none of this is earth shattering, but it is true. Thank you to Kenny for being honest and explaining this to your fans.

Don't people understand that if a player disrupts team work then he has to go. Look at LK's track record. He has scored goals everywhere but been released. Not a conincidence. Sad to say we looked to have no direction on Saturday - Cheltenham were not a difficult team to beat! We made good our early pressure which dulled Cheltenham for a while, we needed another goal to make their heads drop. I think its a sad day when a certain section of the crowd
who have short memories of the past two seasons can influence a manager to leave his job, any club in the bottom two divisions would give their right arm to have the success we have had in the last two seasons. The trouble is to many people expected us to walk this division having just lost out in last seasons play off final but it does not work that way, just ask Leeds and Grimsby who are in far worse positions than we are. As regards to a new manager I do not hold any strong thoughts but would say to the anti Adams brigade that he was strong enough to walk away previously when he saw that this club had nothing to offer him at that time under the idiotic regime which was running the club. All I can say to our very fickle fans is to get behind the new manager who ever it may be, and for certain players to pull their fingers out on the pitch and stop acting as the big time charlies they are at present, if not they should be replaced by players who would give a lot more for the club that pays them well.

Option 1 - He is looking to try and bring in Peter Reid as manager and allow Reid to bring in his own backroom staff etc. Give reid the full backing to do what he wants and allow him to bring in who he wants, both backroom and player wise.

Option 2 - He has already spoken with John Hartson about a player manager role. He wants Hartson in with a more experienced man above him as director of football (Colin Addisson already mentioned to the board). If this does happen then the current backroom will probably be kept to assist Big JH and Addo. PLayer wise he will allow JH to do what he wants.

I certainly hope the rumour about Wrexham's Steve Evans is true. I know Steve on a personal level from when he played for TNS but have only seen him twice since he moved to Wrexham, so would love him to sign for Swansea City, and not just for sentimental reasons, he's a great player. Don't be fooled by three red cards last year, he's not a dirty player. Never got sent off for TNS and Welsh Premier Refs are just as loopy when handing out the cards as some English ones.
If we are going to sign a new goalkeeper, Lee Kendall of Haverfordwest is way above Welsh Premier standards. He is excellent technically and I've never seen someone with the kind of concentration that allows them to keep track of a game and have detailed arguments with the crowd. He'd be classic against Millwall :-D May not come keep though as has a ?500 per week contract till 2010 with Haverfordwest, but apparently they're in financial trouble at the moment so may offload on the cheap. Cardiff said to be interested in TNS 'keeper Ged Doherty so I guess that's also an option for us. He pulls off a few good saves here and there but has no competition so gets complacent, and also bored and loses concentration when TNS defence give him nothing to do. Perhaps a move to a club like Swansea would be good for him, as long as we kept Willy too so they can push each other.
