Marc Goodfellow
Signed for the Swans on loan from Bristol City in November 2004. Had a great impact during his 5-6 weeks here, scoring 4 goals in 8 appearances. Recalled by Bristol City who also upped the asking price to buy him from £20,000 to £60,000. Great business then, when Kenny Jackett signed Marc on a free transfer this summer!
Very pacy winger with an eye for goal with an ability to play on either flank. In addition to his goals, 'Freezer' also played a part in laying goals on for others. An exciting prospect for this season, and will be especially keen to prove Bristol City manager Brian Tinnion wrong in not giving him a chance at Ashton Gate.
His signing on fee apparently included a woolly jumper and some paper clips to pin his ears back
