Lee Trundle
Currently on loan from Bristol City
2006/2007
Profile provided by Andrew Thomas
Lee seemed to make the transition from league two to League One with absolute ease, and by Christmas looked to be odds on to win the season`s top scorer award, scoring goals for fun and having hit 15 League goals by the end of November.
Subject to a reported £750,000 bid from Sheffield Wednesday, Lee signed a new, improved contract with the Swans to keep him at White Rock until 2009. This was coupled with a much publicised Image rights deal, which highlighted his worth to Swansea City both on and off the pitch.
However, following his return following a stomach strain, Lee struggled to find his goalscoring touch. Lee was soon replaced in the pecking order at the club by big money signings Leon knight and Rory Fallon. However, he did score a spectacular goal against Carlisle in the LDV final to help the club lift the trophy.
Since Lee has cut his hair short, and Paul Connor has left the Swans he no longer looks the most effeminate player at the club. Lee is also an avowed animal lover- his very favourite being kittens!

Lee signed for the Swans initially on a one year contract from Wrexham, which has been extended twice during his time in South Wales following some excellent early season performances.
Absolutely idolised by the majority of the Swans support, has possibly been unique in his presence both on and off the pitch. A regular on Soccer AM, seemingly with his own spot every week for his ball juggling and scoring antics. Has reached the point where he is probably worth as much to the club on a commercial basis as he is on a playing level. Seems to have a better record at home game where the crowd seem to spur him on to greater efforts. His score tally of 23 goals last season was a fairly useful contribution as well!
Unfortunately looks like he`s entering a gurning competition when he dribbles the ball!

Lee burst into the football league, with some excellent performances and some stunning goals for Wrexham, following his £60,000 transfer from Rhyl. Lee signed for the Swans on a one year contract from Wrexham. Following some excellent early season performances, this was soon extended and improved.
An unashamed crowd pleaser, Lee was soon at the top of the 3rd division goal scoring charts. He also won the crowd over with his ball juggling antics, which was capped by rolling the ball off his chest and around the back of his neck in the league game against Huddersfield, before hitting a perfect 30 yard pass. Unfortunately targeted by some defenders, Lee spent a bit of time on the treatment table during the season, which possibly prevented him from ending the season as the division`s top scorer.
2003/2004
Profile provided by Andrew Thomas
Lee burst into the football league, with some excellent performances and some stunning goals for Wrexham, following his £60,000 transfer from Rhyl. An integral part of the exciting Wrexham team from last season, averaging a goal every 4 games, and winning 9 penalties for Andy Morrell to score from. During his two years with Wrexham, he scored 27 goals in 73 appearances- better than a goal every three games.
A strong, skilful player, particularly dangerous around the edge of the penalty area, he looks likely to start the season in the first team, and will hopefully prove to be the perfect strike partner for James Thomas, having signed a year long deal. A number of clubs expressed interest in Lee, including Tranmere, Port Vale and Coventry City, before he opted for South Wales.
