He is thought to be a man of the future at Blackburn. He had his debut for Blackburn in a Worthinton Cup tie with West Ham in October 2000. He is still young, and it is thougt that first team exposure is what he needs to break into the first team for Rovers. This could be why he has spent loan periods at both Crewe (5 matches), Oldham (6 matches, 1 goal), Halifax (5 matches) and now at Swansea (from November 19th). Since joining Blackburn he has only played 1 match for the first team. It is understood that Graeme Souness is willing to extend the loan period beyond the first month if it is thought needed.
